Recent study in a german medical journal says tat sighting young people of the opposite gender for atleast 10min a day reduces risk of hypertension n cardiac problems n increases life by 4-5 years n is equal 2 spending 30min at d gym, so next tym sum1 catches u staring, just tel dem u r exercising.
